Cirface takes automation to the next level with the launch of intelligent systems design

Cirface is officially launching its next chapter: Intelligent System Design, a new approach to operations that brings clarity, speed, and adaptability into how teams work. This shift is powered by AI Studio, Asana’s no-code platform for building intelligent workflows. As one of the first global partners selected to beta test the tool, Cirface has spent the past several months building and implementing real-world solutions that do more than automate. They think.

For a long time, well-built systems gave teams the structure they needed to grow. But today, structure alone isn’t enough. Work has become more complex. Coordination is heavier. Expectations are higher. And too often, the systems meant to support teams are adding to the noise instead of clearing it.

Intelligent Systems Design answers that challenge. Instead of relying on static if -> then automations, Cirface now builds systems that respond to context and routes work intuitively, cutting through the noise. These are workflows that reduce administrative overhead without introducing complexity. Helping teams stay focused on what really matters.

Our approach doesn’t involve layering on new tools or disrupting what already works. It builds intelligence directly into the platforms teams already use. Clients don’t need to change how they work. They just get to work smarter.

We’re not building systems that replace people. We’re building systems that protect them. When workflows can think, teams get their time back, their focus back, and their capacity to do meaningful work,
— Marquis Murray, Founder and CEO of Cirface

Through AI Studio and Cirface’s Intelligent System Design framework, teams can now route tasks based on real-time capacity and urgency, flag bottlenecks before they create delays, eliminate manual updates and approvals, and generate reporting without the lift. The result is momentum without the burnout.

I am a Business Process Consultant and an expert in improving systems and optimizing processes. I help teams make the most of their technology by standardizing their operating systems and streamlining their processes. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, I am well-versed in growing and leading successful teams. In fact, my consultancy, Ditto, was acquired after only two years in business. Prior to Ditto, I had also founded an Inbound Marketing Agency, which I later existed.

I am passionate about eliminating burnout in the workplace. I know firsthand how stress and burnout can affect leaders and their teams, and I'm on a mission to help organizations overcome these challenges so they can focus on their work.

When I'm not working, I enjoy hosting my own podcast, In Systems We Trust, reading, photography, kayaking, playing bass, and spending time with my family and dog, Taco.
